This document is a translation of the original Japanese version. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between this translation and the Japanese original, the Japanese original shall prevail.

These Terms of Service (these "Terms") set forth the conditions for use of the mobile application "Clinica" (the "Service") provided by DNEL ATELIER Co., Ltd. (the "Company"). Users of the Service ("Users") shall use the Service upon agreeing to these Terms.

Article 1 (Application)

1. These Terms apply to all relationships between Users and the Company concerning the use of the Service.
2. Individual notices and guidelines posted by the Company within the Service ("Individual Provisions") constitute part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between the Individual Provisions and these Terms, the Individual Provisions shall prevail.

Article 2 (Content of the Service)

1. The Service is a beauty self-care support app that allows Users to keep records related to skincare and aesthetic medicine, receive AI-generated information, and browse clinic information. Its main features are as follows:
   • Taking skin photos and AI-based analysis and recording of skin condition
   • Recording skincare, treatments, and physical condition (including menstrual cycles)
   • Beauty-related information provided via AI chat
   • Searching, browsing, and posting reviews of beauty clinics
   • Reward features such as points and collections
2. The Service does not provide medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. AI analysis results and responses are reference information based on statistical estimation and do not substitute for a physician's diagnosis. For any abnormality of the skin or body, or any matter requiring medical judgment, please always consult a medical institution.
3. The Company may change, add to, or discontinue the content of the Service without prior notice to Users.

Article 3 (Accounts)

1. The Service offers use without account registration (guest use) and registered use via email address or external accounts (Apple, Google, etc.).
2. Guest-use data is tied to the device and a guest account. Changing devices or deleting the app may result in loss of access to guest-use data.
3. Users shall manage their accounts at their own responsibility and shall not allow third parties to use them.
4. Users may delete their account at any time through the in-app procedure. Deleted data cannot be restored, except where retention is required by law.

Article 4 (Paid Plans and Billing)

1. In addition to the free plan, the Service offers paid auto-renewing subscriptions (Basic / Premium; "Paid Plans"). Fees and features are as displayed on the in-app purchase screen.
2. Purchases and payments for Paid Plans are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms.
